Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of AI Content Studio (the “Service”), a web application for generating social media text, images and videos with AI, organising them in a library, scheduling them, and publishing them to social media accounts you connect. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
- Access is by invitation. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use every social platform you connect.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Your content
- You keep ownership of the prompts you enter and the content you create with the Service.
- AI-generated output can be inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable. Review everything before you publish it. You are solely responsible for what you publish.
- You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to the AI providers and social platforms you choose.
3. Connected social media accounts
- You can connect accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and TikTok through each platform’s own authorization screen. We act only within the permissions you grant, and only when you ask the Service to (for example, to publish a post you prepared).
- Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service.
- You can disconnect any account at any time in Settings, which deletes the stored access tokens.
- Rednote (Xiaohongshu) is supported only as a manual workflow: the Service prepares content for you to post yourself and never signs in to Rednote on your behalf.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- create or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit;
- spam, manipulate engagement, or violate any connected platform’s rules;
- attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as a post being removed or an account being restricted).
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may terminate access if you breach these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
